Profile Editor Form

This form appears as part of the Matrix Creator window and is used to edit existing matrix profile geometry.

Start parameters

Height

Enter the perpendicular distance from the crease entity to the matrix profile.

Profile angle

Enter the internal angle from the crease to the matrix profile.

Blend radius

Enter the size of the blend radius.

Step length

Enter the length of the first matrix profile entity joining the crease.

Step angle

Enter the angle from the crease angle to the step.

End parameters

Height

Enter the perpendicular distance from the crease entity to the matrix profile.

Profile angle

Enter the internal angle from the crease to the matrix profile.

Blend radius

Enter the size of the blend radius.

Step length

Enter the length of the first matrix profile entity joining the crease.

Step angle

Enter the angle from the crease angle to the step.

Rounded top

Switch this option on to create an arc at the top of the profile rather than a straight line.

Match start and end

If this option is switched on then any changes made to a start parameter will be automatically applied to the corresponding end parameter and vice versa.

Top height

Enter the height of the geometry at the centre-top of the profile.

Corner radius

For corner make-ready enter the radius at the corner.

Close

Press this button to close the form. It can be re-opened using the View - Show profile editor option.

Delete

Press this button to delete the current profile.

Flip

Press this button to switch the start and end conditions of the current profile.

Change profile

Press this button to open the Edit Make Ready Settings form allowing you to change the settings for all the highlighted profiles.

Copy profile

Press this button to copy the parameters from another profile, which you are asked to identify, to the current profile.
